I hate Mondays! I know I've been saying this to myself every Monday and I think Monday hates me too. And yes Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday hate me as well. I've never had a Monday that has been good the whole day for me.
It started with me rushing off to tuition at Simei (which starts at 10.30am). I woke up at 9.55am and guess what?!?! i have to go public coz some idiots did something to my bicycle last week. ISH and going public means i have to wait for the frigging 38 which took so long to come. Actually I can't blame Monday for this, it was my own fault for wanting to sleep an hour more. hahaha
And and i don't know why but i feel fat every Monday... probably due to what i eat over the weekends ISH!!!!
I'm really gonna have to do something about my weight! I'm not fat or anything mind you but my tummy has recently been getting a tad bit too big for my liking. Ever since I started my own "cycling" program, I managed to successfully reduce the size of my tummy by quite a lot. And people actually notice the difference!!! And by people, i am refering to my mother who will say "Yana nak kudut2 nanti mcm kat suratkhabar mati pasal kudut sangat, nak masok suratkhabar????" OPPSIE of course not la mum!!!
But ever since my bicycle went on "medical leave", I've been been skipping my "cycling" sessions and eating like crazy. I ate all kinds of junk food, snacked in between meals, snacked before bedtime, ate banana muffins like crazy and ate lotsa rice everyday for a week and before I knew it, I gained back what I lost!
I need potpat to so call "treat" my bicyle like really SOON!!!! Haiz looks like I have to get my body and legs accustomed to cycling long distance all over again. As for now, I think I should cut down on my food bingeing and this time I'm going to seriously stick with it and not get tempted by anything!
Sometimes I wish there was some kind of "magic-wonder" burn pills or something that would produce instant results but then I'm against the idea of taking any kind of pills to reduce weight. My policy is, you've got to work for it. Besides it's so much healthier that way. I know there are a lot of slimming pills out there in the market but I've read so many horror stories about it and the side effects it can cause. I guess nothing beats a good healthy diet and plain hard work, ya?
Gee, I'm too obsessed with my weight... LOL! Oh how I miss those long gone days when I could eat non-stop and not gain a single ounce of weight. I never gained weight no matter how much and how often I ate during my secondary school days. My waist was a cool 22" and don't ask me what my waist size is like now, ok? hehe
Well, at least tomorrow I'm going to be doing some fun stuff (no, no, not blogging ... LOL!) which will in away help me lose some calories in the process. Have a great day readers :)
