Get ready for the big news. What, you ask, is going on? My good friend in NUS, Karen, is going for a Student Exchange programme in Beijing this coming semester. homy god, I'm so gonna miss her. She's incredibly the sweetest girl I've ever met in my entire 21 years of living in this pathetic place I called Earth!!! She text me a message 2 days back to inform me that she'll be leaving Singapore late August. HAizzzzz. I thought of buying her a lil sum sum before she leaves. And of course, we're planning to have lunch next Tuesday, right after my financial accounting lecture. We thought of lunching at Manhattan Fish. hmm Yummmy. Can't wait!!!

Speaking of lecture, I managed to secure the modules that I've asked for, yeah asked not BID. Alhamdullilah. Also, i got the breadth module of my choice. How sweet!!!! Thank God once again!! I can't wait for school to start. Really!! I'm all ready to start my engine and am highly motivated. I wana belaja rajin-rajin n rajin rajin sekali!!!! Hopefully this time round, the idea of quiting school is out of the question. HAH. I did thought of quiting last semester coz the pressure was unbearable and everyone's so competitive. But right now, I wanna stay focus and forget about the competition. What matters mostly is I will put in 101% in whatever projects/exams that are assigned to me. Just like what I did last semester- Studied till 5 in the morning. Yeah that was me back then when I was temporarily insane and numb nuts ahah!!! Also, I cant be bothered thinking about the honours programme. I'll just leave it to fate. If my "rezeki" is there, then good for me. If not, there's nothing to be sad about. Agree?

Anyhow, right before school holidays (around April), I told myself that I wanna learn how to cook and bake. ISh nampaknye tak kesampaian. hahahah The boyfriend is well aware of my reputation as a disaster in the kitchen. Especially so the time when I tried to fry some fries. Me being Miss Yaya Papaya, tried to switch on the flame. Due to my negligence, the flame grew bigger and I got panicky. Hah ape lagi, I took a jug of water and splash it to the grills. Habis rosak. To top it off, my mum wasnt at home. Neither was my sister. So i resorted to calling potpat's mum for help. HAHAHAHAAH so embarassing. ISh!!!!

And today's my so called 5 years unofficial anniversary with my dearest potpat. Unofficial? Why? coz exactly five years ago, which happened to be the eve of national day, we went out for our first date. Hahaha I still remember. He did too. On that day, I couldn't wait for school (siglap) to end so much so that I could meet him earlier. hahaha It was very intense la at first. With butterflies in our stomach. And of course the shyness. Hah So cute la!!! I feel like falling in love all over again. Back then, everything was so sweet. Hey i'm not saying the sweetness are gone. It's just that when you're used to each other, disagreement will start to arise. And of course, that will lead to conflicts, arguments n bla bla. I guess that's part and parcel of being in a relationship.
